Napoleon Theme Park

If I had a choice on what I can add to the Napoleon Theme Park, it'd be a guillotine. The guillotine was one of the most iconic objects of that time. It took many lives including a king and a queen. It was effective and carried out a swift death. So it would be a disappointment that such an important piece from those times would not be in the Napoleon Theme Park.

Courage

It seems that we develop courage over time rather than gaining it at birth. It's more logical as we grow up and experience more. You gain courage whenever you master a fear from the past. It might take a few years but if you experience the same event over and over, you'll finally get the courage to get pass it. A few years back, getting called to the office just because I did something minor or stupid was a usual thing and at first I was scared. I didn't have the courage to say anything and so was defenseless. Eventually over time, I began to stand up for myself and my beliefs and now at the office, I'm confident. That's just an example that would be developing courage over time.

The Community Service Trip In Phattaya

Last week on Friday, our grade went on our advisement trip to Pattaya, for a day of community service. We were supposed to be off somewhere nice for three days but then the floods that hit a while ago changed that. This trip to Phattaya was supposed to give us a sense of community service, which I dislike. We were split into three groups, and I was taken to Father Ray's Children's Village. Now the work wasn't that exhausting but the time that we had (one and a half hours) was very limited, and we had to rush the work sometimes. The worst part in this trip would be the painting of the equipment. By the time we got to painting, we had about 30 minutes left so we had to rush it. Paint was also going everywhere, and all of us, I believe, got some paint on ourselves. After all that work was done, we had some time to clean up and see where all our effort went. Cleaning up wasn't a pretty experience because the paint on us had dried onto our skin so cleaning it with water just won't make it go away. Some of us even tried using sandpaper to scrub it out, and it did work a bit. We later found out that using paint thinner would wipe the paint but it would be a little bit painful. I used the thinner and it removed almost all the paint from me and it stung for a while. I wasn't too happy with this trip; for some reason, we can't have some of our own fun in the bus without getting in trouble, which we did. I mean, we just painted a whole playground, we're bored and we want to have some fun. Hope this kind of trip won't happen anytime soon.

American Colonists: Terrorists or Patriots

They are terrorists to me and this is similar to Skyrim's side plot, which is the Stormcloaks against the Empire. This also would be similar to the Taliban in Afghanistan fighting against the US. For Skyrim, the Stormcloaks would be the Colonists and the Empire would be the British. You could choose which side you can be on and I choose the Empire. Through out the plot, I would go around and kill all Stormcloaks deemed to be threatening to the prosperity of the Empire. In the end, we get to destroy the Stormcloak's leader and restore peace in Tamriel. Now for the Afghanistan side, the Taliban would be the Colonists

My Response To The Flood and The Innovations From It

The flood did not affect me or my family one bit. The area around my house was dry as usual. I have not volunteered, and would not like to. The flooded industrial areas and most other places were once floodplains that would carry away water, but not anymore, so this is just another example of industrialization's effect on the environment. The government also does an extremely poor job in managing the situation, giving us conflicting information mostly. One of more many rants about the government, the flood waters intended for Bangkok are kept at bay on the outskirts, swamping many poor people, and who's decision is this? Yingluck. Even though they elected her, she treats them as if they were a lesser priority than us in Bangkok. Unless the government gets tougher and has a more dedicated department that especially deals in floods, I believe that Thailand will not learn anything from this flood, and the same mistakes would happen again the next time a flood hits. But however, the innovations that resulted from the flood are very simple and effective ingenious items. The jet ski which is made out of a barrel, bike parts and a lawnmower is an example, it is easy to make, as the materials are easily found and it's useful for navigating flooded areas.

Identity

To me, identity is the thing that makes us one each all different. By having a personal identity would make everyone seem new and interesting than the one you've just met and so on. If everyone had the same identity then the world would just be one big, giant, boring dump with people acting like one another. So by having a personal identity, people would be different from others, and everyone would be a unique person.
