Courage

It seems that we develop courage over time rather than gaining it at birth. It's more logical as we grow up and experience more. You gain courage whenever you master a fear from the past. It might take a few years but if you experience the same event over and over, you'll finally get the courage to get pass it. A few years back, getting called to the office just because I did something minor or stupid was a usual thing and at first I was scared. I didn't have the courage to say anything and so was defenseless. Eventually over time, I began to stand up for myself and my beliefs and now at the office, I'm confident. That's just an example that would be developing courage over time.

  1. Firstly, great example of courage. Secondly, I agree that courage is not something people are born with, but it can be develop over time. I like how you said you've overcome your fear, and over time you get use to it and start to stand up for yourself.

  2. Hey Chat! Very mature perception of courage. Although very brief but very thorough. Great use of language and very wise and logical explanations. I greatly admire your example of courage and how you've got the guts actually stand up for yourself and your beliefs in the office. I bet your one of the very less people who have the courage to do this. Great post overall. Well done Chat!
